Payment Options
Cash, check, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and some HSA’s
Payments are due at the time of the service. Due to the limitations of insurance companies, I do not accept insurance. Over the course of my experience, I have found that many insurances restrict therapy options and don’t give my patients as many choices in their treatment. Furthermore, insurance companies often make decisions about your treatment with no knowledge of the actual clinical work and/or your needs. Cash-pay services allow for you and I to make decisions on your treatment based on your needs and what is clinically appropriate.
I am also sensitive to the financial component that can typically motivate us to want to use insurance. My intention of sharing my rationale for not accepting insurance is only to help build understanding of how insurance can be both helpful and a hindrance to treatment. My hope is that by having all the information you are able to make decisions about your treatment that best fits your financial/mental health needs.

- Initial Phone Consult 30 Minutes = Free
- First 60 Minute Appointment (Intake) = $200
- All Other Future 60 Minute Appointments = $175
Out of Network Benefits
I accept clients claiming their OON benefits. I provide the necessary paperwork required to utilize out-of-network benefits and can help simplify this process.
Cancellation Policy
Once an appointment is scheduled, you are responsible for $100.00 unless you provide more than 72 hours advance notice of cancellation or rescheduling. Insurance does not reimburse for no-show/late cancellation fees.
